Once you submit your design request through the “Send Us Your Own Design” form on our website, our design consultant will get back to you within approximately 24 hours with a price quote and step-by-step process details. For custom outfits designed from your ideas, we create a detailed sketch with colors and embellishments, so you can visualize your dream look before we begin production. Once you make full payment for your custom outfit, we’ll send you the invoice details.After your order is placed, you’ll receive a measurement guide to take to your local tailor or seamstress for accurate sizing.
If you're ordering a design we’ve made before for a party, wedding, or any special occasion just choose the option “Send me the measurements guide after I place the order” at checkout. This helps make sure your outfit fits perfectly, without any stress!If you're reordering a dress we’ve previously created from our “Wedding Dresses” section, simply select the option “Send me the measurements guide after I place the order” when adding the dress to your cart. This ensures you get the perfect fit without any hassle!
A few days after placing your custom order, you’ll receive photos of lace patterns and our color chart, allowing you to select the perfect details for your gown. This ensures your dress is tailored to your unique style and vision!
We’ll keep you informed at every stage of the process by sharing progress photos, including the paper pattern, lace appliqué layout, and other crucial steps, ensuring your custom gown is crafted to perfection!
When your dress is finished, we’ll send you final staging photos, giving you a glimpse of your beautifully completed gown! If you’re a local Michigan bride, we’ll schedule your final fitting, or if you’re ordering from elsewhere, we’ll begin the shipping process.
